Organic Update

I got my first shipment last night, I was kind of expecting it to be all small and bug eaten. Of course, it's the quest by consumers for bigger more perfect fruits that's led to all the farmers to lace the stuff with poison and genetically modify it anyway, so I wasn't going to complain if it was small and flea bitten. But, I was really surprised that the fruits and vegetables were all perfect and they smelled so good even the ginger smelled before I cut it. So far I'm really excited by the organics.

ok, I have to ask. why would you need organic ginger? I can't think of what they could possibly be doing to ginger that would require it to come in an organic box.

when is the asparagus season to arrive?

I have no idea when asparagus season is.
On the issue of organic ginger, I imagine that they use organic fertilizers instead of the petro-chemical ones, also they aren't genetically modified.
