Normally I think tattooing is a bad idea but.....

in this case I'd make an exception, I'd much rather see people getting a safe tattoo.
Here's my question though, do people not realize that they make themselves much more identifiable to the cops when they have obvious tattoos?

by safe tattooo i'm assuming you mean one that can be hidden should the need arise...
i have 10 tattoos (PP can confirm this) and all can be hidden or on display on my choosing

I wonder why they didn't include "improvement in attractiveness of inmates and their tattoos" or "change in number of tattoos" to their indicators for evaluation and analysis of the programme. And I liked it so much I posted it on my livejournal, so thanks for the tip!

no darling,
i mean the skin is the first line of defence against infection, my concerns about tattooing have to do with communicable diseases, infections and what the heck is in the ink you are putting under your skin.
and yes, i'm aware that i'm a real square, i know that. everyone groans when i say that the skin is the first line of defence against infection.
by the way, i did see your one tattoo, your back/over the bum tattoo on your blog, thought it was lovely. liked your bum too, i'm a connoisseur of such things (bums, not tats) ask anyone.

PX, the real question here, is why *don't* you put a picture of your bum on your blog?
Barring a bum pic, perhaps you should do a series of pics of your various tats for your HNTs for the next several weeks.
