Sorry for the AWOL routine, you'd think I'd post more being off work, but in actuality the days start to run into eachother and then you just get nothing done. And yes, Paul, I will be posting on the election in a few minutes, just let me finish watchng the coverage of Martin's speech this morning, sheesh!
I think "blech" is a better description. I loved his line last night about how "all Canadians who would like to pursue post-secondary education are now able to" thanks to them. um, ok...
gawd, election... yawn, boring! didn't we just have one? much more important than this stupid election, is the prospect of mozambique changing it's totally kick-ass flag! i mean, nothing says "welcome to my country" more than an assault rifle on your flag!
if it's any consolation jenni, according to http://www.fotw.us/ , mozambique has been debating changing it's flag for years, so it may still have the AK-47 there to greet us on our next holiday.
Does that mean that the honourable member from Nishi Shijuku will be joining me on a fun-filled, non-all-expense-paid tour of "the dark continent" next summer? Please, please, pleeeeeease!

incidentally, it's not a sickle on the flag, it's a hoe. which is even funnier!
and if by "non-all-expense-paid" trip, you mean "all-expense-paid", then yes.
